Pragya Shrivastava

Pragya Shrivastava is a seasoned technical recruiter and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at ASK Consulting since May 2024, Pragya is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews. Prior experience includes roles at eTeam, where Pragya handled IT and Non-IT recruitment for high-profile clients such as Sanofi and T-Mobile, and as a Human Resources Trainee at Shine Projects, focused on recruiting business development agents. Additional recruitment experience includes a significant role at WorkIndia, where Pragya successfully recruited over 2000 executives, and as an Assistant Supervisor - HR at Aashman Foundation, managing offshore recruitment issues. Pragya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Lloyd Business School, completed in August 2022.
