Varad Laghate

Varad Laghate has gained extensive experience in digital marketing, starting as an Assistant Manager at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd in 2012. Varad then progressed to roles at HDFC Securities and Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, where they focused on improving user engagement and managing brand and performance campaigns. In 2021, they joined ManipalCigna Health Insurance Company Ltd as a Senior Manager before transitioning to their current role as Associate Vice President at ASK Group in 2022.

Varad Laghate completed their SSC at St. Thomas High School from 1990 to 2002. Varad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media specializing in Advertising at the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they obtained an Advance Diploma in Management from Welingkar Institute of Management. Later, Varad completed a PG in Media Laws from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad in 2011-2012. Subsequently, they pursued an Executive Program in Sales & Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2012 to 2013. In 2019-2020, they completed a Post Graduate Program in Strategic Digital Marketing at Great Lakes Institute of Management. Varad also received additional certifications in various aspects of digital marketing from institutions like Google and Digital Vidya. In the future, they are set to complete a Fellowship at GrowthX® in 2023.
