Jan Dalton holds extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at ASK Italian since September 2016, Jan previously held the position of Head of Operations at Azzurri Group ASK Italian Restaurants from July 2012 to June 2016. Prior roles include Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Gondola Holdings for various regions in Central London and the South East from January 2009 to June 2012. Jan's career also includes a role as District Manager at Starbucks Coffee Company from January 2005 to January 2009 and General Manager at T.G.I. Friday's UK between 1994 and 2004. Jan Dalton is an alumnus of Loughborough University.
