Pavlos Loizou

Pavlos Loizou is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management, property valuation, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Ask Wire since September 2020, Pavlos leverages data to enhance decision-making in real estate markets across Cyprus, Greece, and Romania. Previously, as Head of Real Estate at Gordian Holdings Limited, Pavlos managed significant secured debt and real estate portfolios valued at approximately €5.7 billion. Pavlos also held the position of Partner at Resolute Asset Management, focusing on distressed asset recovery, and was the Managing Partner of Leaf Research, providing specialized real estate advisory services.
