Terry Gibson

Terry Gibson has had a long and successful career in the finance industry. Terry began their career in 1991 as VP Controller at Lam Research. In 2000, they became CFO at Calient Networks. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the CEO of CoSine Communications. In 2007, they were hired by Steel Partners as Managing Director of both Steel Partners Corporate Services and Steel Partners Holdings. In 2009, they became CEO of BNS Holdings Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Independent Consultant and Managing Director at AVNC Group. Finally, in 2022 they became Chief Financial Officer at ASKA eVTOL Drive & Fly Vehicle.

Terry Gibson attended the University of Santa Clara from 1971 to 1975, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
