Alexandra Novotná

Alexandra Novotná has had a varied work experience since 2015. Alexandra began as a waitress for Bencik Culinary Group, where they learned about restaurant manners and customer service. In 2016, they worked as a waitress for Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts, gaining experience in management and sales. In 2019, they worked as a kitchen assistant for Bøf&Vin, learning time management, polishing, working under pressure, and keeping their space clean. In 2020, they became a waitress/bartender for Suzumi Aalborg, focusing on customer satisfaction, complaint and preferences handling, time management, team work and flexibility. Finally, in 2022, they began working as a Customer Experience for AskCody, a Meeting Management Platform for Microsoft.

Alexandra Novotná is currently attending the University College of Northern Denmark, which they began in 2019. Alexandra is expected to complete their studies in 2022.
