Hanne Ratikainen Søfteland

Hanne Ratikainen Søfteland has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Their most recent position was as a Financial Controller at Askeladden & Co, where they started in November 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Steen & Strøm as a Business Controller from June 2019 to November 2021. In this role, they were part of a Scandinavian controlling team of five responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and developing the finance and controlling area of the company. Hanne also had personnel responsibility and actively participated in the management team.

Before joining Steen & Strøm, Hanne worked at EY as an Associate from August 2017 to May 2019.

Their earliest work experience was as a Swim Coach at Svømmeklubben Delfana, where they worked in a part-time position from August 2011 to July 2017. In this role, they had the responsibility for approximately 20-25 swimmers in the age group of 12-16 years.

Hanne Ratikainen Søfteland completed their Master's degree in Economics and Administration at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) between 2012 and 2017. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at The University of Queensland. Apart from their academic qualifications, they hold a PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate in project management from Metier.
