Mahtaab Brar began their work experience in 2021 as a Marketing and Business Development role with Village Wellth, a company focused on facilitating business acquisitions. In 2022, they joined Black Crow AI as a Business Development & Partnerships role, where they helped democratize machine learning technology for businesses. At the same time, in 2022, Mahtaab also co-founded Peak Gaming, a platform that brings competitive gaming to everyday gamers. In 2022, they joined Primary Venture Partners as a Member of the Mastermind Network, gaining access to mentorship and industry networking opportunities.
