Sumana Choudhury

Sumana Choudhury is an experienced scientist in the field of AAV viral vector manufacturing, currently serving as Scientist II and Team Lead at Asklepios BioPharmaceutical, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sumana held various positions at Pfizer from August 2016 to April 2023, including Senior Scientist in BMD and roles focused on upstream and downstream processes in AAV Viral Vector Manufacturing. Sumana's career began as a Research Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999, and has included positions at organizations such as Bamboo Therapeutics, Tengion, and Wake Forest University. Sumana holds an MS and M.Phil in Molecular Biology/Cytogenetics from North-Eastern Hill University.
