Tracy Dowling

Tracy Dowling joined AskBio in January 2021 as General Counsel to manage and advise on corporate governance, business development transactions, license agreements, employment law, regulatory matters, risk management and general contract management. Most recently, she served as Associate General Counsel at Spark Therapeutics, a key leadership role providing legal oversight for essential business functions including business development, licensing transactions, corporate governance, securities compliance, real estate and construction. Notably, she played an integral role in Roche’s $4.6 billion acquisition of Spark.
