Aaron Ward

Aaron Ward is the Co-Founder and CEO of AskNicely. Aaron has over 15 years of experience in strategic product development and management across a variety of industries.

Aaron's previous roles include General Manager of Products and Innovation at LeapThought NZ Ltd, where they led the incubation, commercialisation and acceleration of new digital ventures and products; Founder of Red Pill Labs, a lean startup incubator; and Manager of Digital and Business Development at Mighty River Power, where they were responsible for transitioning Mercury Energy to a digital-centric business model.

In their current role at AskNicely, Aaron is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and execution of the company's product vision. Under their leadership, AskNicely has become the world's leading platform for customer feedback, helping organisations to improve customer retention and grow customer lifetime value.

Aaron Ward attended the Executive Program for Growing Companies (EPGC) at Stanford University and then went on to study at Long Bay College.
