Lena Hesselgrave

Lena Hesselgrave is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Product Marketing at AskNicely since September 2023, Lena has been instrumental in shaping product strategy through comprehensive market and competitive insights. Prior to this role, Lena was at Xero from February 2016 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leading global go-to-market strategies, spearheading product launches, and driving customer growth and engagement as a Senior Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Strategy Manager at Wynyard Group, focusing on digital strategies in the technology sector, and as a Product Manager for The Wireless at Radio New Zealand, where Lena contributed to the launch of a multimedia brand. Lena's academic background includes a Post Graduate degree in Asia Business Strategy & Leadership from the National University of Singapore and a combined Bachelor of Music in Classical Piano Performance and BA in Media from Victoria University of Wellington.
