Paul Shingles

Paul Shingles is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Product Officer at AskNicely and Director at First Table, both since April 2024. As the Founder of Ambition Works, which started in January 2023, Paul is dedicated to assisting New Zealand SaaS businesses in achieving their potential. Paul holds the position of Operating Partner at Movac and Investor Director and Chairperson at Preno since June 2022. Previously, Paul contributed to Melodics Limited as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson from January 2018 to August 2024, and held multiple leadership roles at Timely from July 2017 to May 2021, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and GM of Product & Marketing at Pushpay from April 2013 to February 2017. Educational background includes a degree from Massey University and attendance at Massey High School.
