Eric Dayton

Founder and CEO at Askov Finlayson

Eric Dayton began their career in 2005 as a Business Analyst for Target. In 2011, they co-founded North First Hospitality, an award-winning hospitality company, and became the Founder and CEO of Askov Finlayson, the world's first Climate Positive outdoor apparel company. In 2003, they were a Team Member for the Arctic Transect 2004, a six-person expedition that traversed 2,000 miles of the Canadian Arctic by dogsled. In 2019, they were appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Eric Dayton attended Williams College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree. Eric then attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree.
