Chris O'Reilly

Chris O'Reilly is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience spanning various roles in multiple organizations. Currently serving as CCO and Co-Founder of AskYourTeam since May 2013, Chris has played a pivotal role in enhancing business performance through leadership model analysis. In addition, Chris O'Reilly is the Director of Chris O'Reilly Consultancy Ltd and the Chair of the Advisory Board at Element IMF, overseeing property development and construction services. Past leadership positions include Chairman at Building Technology Limited and Hawke's Bay Opera House, as well as advisory roles with Eastek Technologies and Emmerson Transport Limited. Chris O'Reilly holds an MBA and degrees in Science, Commerce, and Marketing from the University of Canterbury, attained between 1983 and 1989.
