Joanne Gripton-Kaptein

Joanne Gripton-Kaptein is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in cabin crew training and safety instruction. Currently serving as Manager Cabin Crew/Crew Training at ASL Airlines Australia since February 2018, Joanne holds CASA Approved Part 121 Instructor Instruments for multiple aircraft types, including 737, E190-E2, and BAe146. Previous roles include Training Coordinator at Gold Coast Cabs, an Advanced Creatrix(tm) Facilitator and Empowerment Intervention Consultant, and Lecturer in Cabin Crew at South Metropolitan TAFE. With a background in wellness therapies and sales, Joanne has consistently contributed to training compliance and education within the aviation sector since the early 1990s. Education includes credentials from the Institute of Women International and the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine.
