Joe Colavito is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training, leadership development, and recruitment. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Life Purpose Scan since June 2022, Joe focuses on enhancing self-talk through the Life Purpose Scan™️ and Guided Discovery Process. As an ASLAN Partner since July 2012, Joe collaborates with sales leaders to create customized training content that boosts productivity and sales growth. Previously, Joe held significant roles at Wells Real Estate Funds as Vice President of Development and Delivery, at LAMALIE AMROP INTERNATIONAL and Heidrick & Struggles as Partner, and at Deloitte & Touche as Director of Recruiting. Joe started professional career as a Senior Auditor at Coca-Cola. Joe holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University and a high school diploma from Vestal High School.
