Tom Stanfill

Tom Stanfill has extensive work experience, starting in 1995 as the CEO & Founder of ASLAN Training & Development. In this role, they designed and delivered sales development programs that positively impacted sales success. Tom focused on improving core competencies and transforming the selling and sales management process to drive predictable revenue growth. In 2021, Tom became an Opinion Columnist for CEOWORLD magazine.

Tom Stanfill attended Lovett from 1975 to 1980, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. Tom later pursued a degree in Industrial Management at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business from 1980 to 1983.
