Hikmahtiar's work experience begins in 2014 when they worked as a Junior Web Developer for PT Bonet Utama and Dinas Kominfo Kota Bogor. In 2015, they moved on to become a Junior PHP Developer at MANDIRI CReASINDO. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Full Stack Developer for Camar Software, where they were responsible for building core systems and creating production applications. In 2019, Hikmahtiar joined PT. Sinergi Insani Primanet as a Senior Software Engineer. They then worked as a Web Developer for digidata.ai from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Hikmahtiar is employed at ASLI RI as a Software Developer, starting from January 2023.

Hikmahtiar attended SMK Negeri 4 Kota Bogor from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak / Computer Software Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they obtained additional certifications in HYBRID MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT WITH IONIC from PT. Inixindo Persada Rekayasa Komputer in March 2017, and PARADE SOFTWARE MERDEKA from GNU Linux Bogor in August 2015.
