Founded in Moscow in November 1993, for almost 30 years we’ve been helping clients implement their most ambitious plans in Russia, the former Sovet Union and beyond.

An exclusive affiliate of Ketchum since 1994 and a majority-owned Russian office of Ketchum since 2010, in 2022, following a management buyout, we once again became independed consultancy and continue our operations as maslov:agency, while maintaining cross-border relationships and international expertise .

Much has changed, but what remains unchanged is our commitment to building ethical, trustworthy and lasting relationships. We streamline internal communications and support organizational change. We build communities through social media and engage audiences. We visualize concepts, create brand platforms, analyze data, develop creative, produce content and help initiate dialogue between government and business.
