Alphonso Whaley

Alphonso Whaley has extensive experience in maintenance and engineering roles. Alphonso is currently the Director of Maintenance and Engineering at NRG Park for Official ASM Global since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Maintenance and Engineering at SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management from 2016 to 2019, where they directed and coordinated maintenance and engineering for NRG Park. Before that, Whaley worked at Texas Medical Center from 2010 to 2016, holding various positions including Assistant Director Facilities Engineering and Maintenance, Assistant Director, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Supervisor, Facilities Operations and Maintenance. Alphonso also has experience as an Operations Manager at PM Realty Group from 2008 to 2010, as a Chief Engineer at Goddard Investment Group from 2003 to 2008, as a Chief Engineer at TPMC Realty in 2002, as a Chief Engineer at CB Richard Ellis from 1996 to 2002, and as a Building Engineer at Gross, Lancton & Company from 1983 to 1996.
