Michael Neal

Michael Neal is currently serving as Senior Manager for Procurement, Capital Investment, Compliance, and Safety at ASM Global since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Canam Steel Corporation from July 2015 to January 2023, including Southeast United States Procurement Manager, Director of Operational Excellence, and Production Controller. In the capacity of Director of Operational Excellence, Michael was instrumental in supporting value stream locations to achieve strategic initiatives through methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri, root cause analysis, and visual management. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of East London.
