Ruth Derry

Ruth Derry currently serves as the Head of Guest Experience at ASM Global for AO Arena, a position held since April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Guest Experience Manager and Customer Service Manager at Junkyard Golf Club from March 2019 to April 2024, and Customer Experience Manager at Sky from February 2017 to February 2019, where leadership involved managing a team of customer service and sales advisors. Earlier experience at British Gas from October 2014 to February 2017 included roles as Team Manager and Trainer in Learning and Development. Ruth Derry holds a BAHons degree in English Language and Linguistics from The University of Salford, completed between 2005 and 2008, alongside foundational education at Emmanuel Christian School from 1990 to 2003.
