Changwen Jia

Changwen Jia has over a decade of experience in the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at ASM since June 2011, Changwen Jia focuses on technical marketing and business development for semiconductor equipment. Prior to this role, Changwen Jia held positions as a Senior Process Engineer at both ASM and Applied Materials, where responsibilities included process development for CVD/ALD equipment and high-efficiency thin film solar cells, respectively. Earlier experience includes a Research Engineer role at Advanced Photovoltaic Application (APA) Ltd. in the Netherlands, emphasizing R&D on novel solar cell materials and techniques. Changwen Jia began a post-doctoral position at Eindhoven University of Technology, concentrating on thin films and spectral conversion materials. Educational qualifications include a PhD, Master's, and Bachelor's degrees in Physics from Lanzhou University.
