Charles Dezelah

Charles Dezelah is an accomplished Executive Technologist at ASM since April 2019, focusing on exploratory research and the development of innovative technologies for the semiconductor industry. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Manager at EMD Performance Materials, leading R&D initiatives for novel chemical precursors, and as General Manager of North American operations at Picosun, specializing in Atomic Layer Deposition equipment. Academic contributions include a post-doctoral research position at Helsinki University of Technology and graduate research and teaching roles at Wayne State University, where Dezelah earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry. Education also includes a B.S. in Chemistry from Western Michigan University.
