Douglas Bonser

Douglas Bonser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as General Manager of the Global Micron Account at ASM since August 2021, Douglas has held significant roles including Senior Director for Etch Technology and Global Customer Service and Support for the Micron Global Account at Lam Research since June 2014. Prior experience includes the position of Director of Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from 2009 to June 2014, and various roles at AMD from 1995 to 2009, culminating as Director of Advanced Process Development. Douglas's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry with a Nuclear Chemistry thesis from Indiana University Bloomington, a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Atomic Layer Epitaxy from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as an M.S. and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry specializing in Semiconductor Surface Science from the University of Washington.
