Hanna Kriens

Hanna Kriens currently serves as the Head of HR Europe at ASM since March 2024, leading a team focused on HR services, People Partnerships, and Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, Hanna was the Global Head of Talent & Development at OCI N.V., where responsibilities included developing and implementing a global talent strategy for a workforce of 4,000. Experience as Learning and Development Manager at EQademy involved coaching senior leaders and enhancing organizational collaboration. Additional roles included Teamlead HR services & HRBP at Upfield, Co-Owner of Flagsible, and Global HR Business Partner at Shell, with extensive involvement in strategic HR support, organizational development, and talent management. Educational qualifications include a recent degree in Business Strategy & Financial Performance from INSEAD and a Master’s in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University.
