Hichem M'Saad

Hichem M'Saad is an experienced leader in the fields of nanotechnology and renewable energy, currently serving as Executive Vice President, CTO, and Member of the Board at ASM since March 2015. Previous roles include Senior Vice President and General Manager of Thermal Products at SOLAKTA SOLAR from January 2010 to August 2014, as well as CEO of both SOLAKTA SOLAR and VOLTA PV, where a focus was placed on solar photovoltaics and renewable energy innovations from September 2008 to August 2014. Hichem M'Saad's extensive background in the technology sector includes a tenure at Applied Materials as Corporate Vice President and General Manager from 1994 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS from Cornell University, and a BS from the Colorado School of Mines.
