Irene Sim

Irene Sim is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as Manager of Central Service Operations at ASM since August 2022, focusing on program management, corporate strategy, and global operations excellence. Prior to this role, Irene spent a decade at Micron Technology in various positions, including Manufacturing and Equipment Manager, where responsibilities encompassed CVD PVD manufacturing, lean manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Irene has a strong background in project management, operational efficiency, and talent development, evidenced by involvement in the Micron Women Leadership Network and mentoring efforts. Earlier experience at IM Flash as a Workforce Development Engineer contributed to foundational skills in training and development in a start-up environment. Irene holds a degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
