Jessica Chao is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager, People Partner at ASM since March 2024, Jessica previously held roles at GoFreight, where responsibilities included Head of People & Culture and Human Resources Business Partner. At Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore, part of The HEINEKEN Company, Jessica managed people and organization development for the Singapore and Malaysia cluster. Additional experience includes positions as HR Manager at The HEINEKEN Company and HR principal specialist at TSMC, focusing on talent management and employee relations. Jessica's career began as an HR Generalist at LG Electronics.
