Kerwin Chang

Kerwin Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at ASM, where employment spans from July 2004 to present. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager and Senior Service and Spare Marketing Manager, responsibilities include regional spares/service revenue forecasting and service product development. Previously held roles include Senior Customer Service Manager, where oversight of service profit-and-loss for key customers such as TSMC and Micron was a primary focus, as well as Linkou and Taichung Site Manager positions, which emphasized maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Prior to these roles, Kerwin served as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for customer service operations related to complex capital equipment. Kerwin obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electro Physics from NCTU in 2004.
