Madhan K. Arulanandam, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Process Engineer 2 at ASM since April 2022, leading research and development in atomic layer deposition (ALD) thin films, which involves basic research, process development, and hardware design. Prior to this role, Madhan was a Graduate Research Associate at Arizona State University from September 2016 to April 2022, working under Dr. Richard King and Dr. Cun Zheng Ning, and also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for EEE 202 - Circuit's Lab 1. Additionally, Madhan contributed as a Graduate Research Associate at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory from February 2019 to August 2021, focusing on III-V thermophotovoltaic solid-state grid-level energy storage under the guidance of Dr. Myles Steiner. Madhan obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in Physical Electronics and Photonics from Arizona State University in 2022, following a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai in 2015.
