Manuel Venuti

Manuel Venuti is an experienced Global Trade Compliance Manager, currently employed at ASM since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading the trade compliance program for an acquired Italian subsidiary and managing export control and sanctions policies. Previously, as the Head of Integrated Trade Compliance at Telespazio Spa, Venuti ensured adherence to national and international trade compliance regulations and managed various authorizations related to sensitive materials. Additional roles include consultancy positions at Studio Legale Padovan and EY, focusing on export control, customs compliance, and trade practices, as well as a Junior Partner at Rugghia & Associati, specializing in customs planning. Venuti holds multiple degrees in International Relations, Management, and Customs Law, supplemented by executive training in Incoterms.
