Martin van Leeuwen

Martin van Leeuwen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits for Europe at ASM, Martin also holds the role of Global Director HR Compensation & Benefits (a.i.). Prior to this, Martin was International Reward & Mobility Manager at TPV, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits in the EMEA region, managing executive rewards, and implementing HR policies on multiple levels. Martin has also contributed to HR project management in compensation and benefits at Eneco, and has a background as a Consultant in Human Resource Services and Tax Lawyer at PwC. Martin's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Tax Law and a Master's Degree in Labor Law from the University of Amsterdam, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
