Moataz Bellah Mousa

Moataz Bellah Mousa is a highly experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as Director of Marketing and Product Management at ASM since November 2015, where significant contributions include leading the development of Thermal Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) metals for logic and memory devices. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of R&D in ALD Process Technology, focused on advancing process development for sub-5nm nodes, as well as serving as Team Lead and Senior Process Engineer with several patents and invention disclosures in semiconductor technologies. Moataz also co-founded Tethis, an NCSU spinout that specializes in charge modified natural biopolymers for diverse applications. Educational achievements include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and master's and bachelor's degrees from Cairo University.
