Tom Tillery

Tom Tillery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Quality for the Intel Account at ASM since December 2021, Tom is responsible for quality program development and management, focusing on customer interaction and internal quality improvements. Prior to this role, Tom worked as the Engineering Section Manager at NXP Semiconductors, where leadership over a team of engineers facilitated projects aimed at enhancing GaN RF device performance and ensuring manufacturing stability. Previous positions at Infineon Technologies included serving as Engineering Manager and Site Quality Manager, where Tom's focus on continuous improvement, customer interface, and quality culture building were paramount. Early career experience at Mattson Technology involved leadership in global engineering teams and direct support for semiconductor capital equipment accounts.
