Jan Edwards

Jan Edwards currently serves as a Materials Engineer and faculty member at the College of Lake County, where engagement began in August 2012. Additionally, Jan holds the position of Education Foundation Board Member at ASM International since September 2000. As an independent consultant, Jan contributed to J.E. Consulting from February 2003 to March 2013 and previously worked as a Materials Engineer and Education Manager at Buehler, an ITW Company, from October 1995 to February 2003. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD with a focus on Higher Education and College Teaching at Northern Illinois University, Jan also holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned between 1988 and 1995.
