Larry Somrack

Larry Somrack serves as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors at ASM International since October 2023. With a long-standing commitment to St Helen Catholic Church as a Deacon since May 1986, Larry also brings extensive industry experience as President Emeritus of NSL Analytical Services, Inc., where from September 1993 to January 2023, Larry provided consultancy and served as a Mergers and Acquisition Advisor for an ISO/IEC 17025 and Nadcap certified commercial testing laboratory. Prior roles include Product Manager at Curtis Industries from March 1984 to January 1989, responsible for sourcing products for customer and distributor support. Larry holds multiple MBA degrees in Systems Management and Systems Approach to Management from Baldwin Wallace University and a BS/BA in Marketing from David N. Myers University.
