Thomas Nicholls is a seasoned professional in the field of sports management and recruitment. Currently, Thomas serves as a Recruitment Consultant at Baxter Williams since December 2023 and has been an Athlete Talent Manager with ASM Sports Group since June 2022. Previous experience includes a Graduate Assistant coaching role at Briar Cliff University for Men's and Women's soccer programs, alongside a Marketing Specialist position at Glassier Windows of Wychbold Ltd, where Thomas handled market research and social media campaigns while also contributing to construction projects. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Briar Cliff University and a Bachelor of Technology in Sports Studies from Hartpury College, complemented by various internships with organizations such as New York Red Bulls and Cazenovia College.
