Prior to that, Vani B M worked at Advanced Synergic Microsystems Ltd from 1996 to 2009, holding the title of Sr. Executive Business Development. Vani B M completed an MBA in HR & Marketing from IGNOU from 2002 to 2005, and a DBA in HR from SRC College from 1989 to 1992.
