Amanda Pietrofeso

Amanda Pietrofeso is currently a Human Resources Intern at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a Founding Board Member of SIO NYC, a student-run nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting industrial and organizational psychology students in the New York City area. As Vice President of the Industrial Organizational Psychology Student Association and a Graduate Research Assistant at Hofstra University, Amanda contributes to research on diversity, inclusion, and equity while managing literature reviews and data organization. Additionally, Amanda serves as a Social Media Coordinator for the Brando and Joe Podcast and works as a Soccer Trainer for Dutch Pro Soccer - New York, where responsibilities include training and coaching youth, managing social media, and ensuring safety protocols. Amanda has five years of experience as a Soccer Referee for the Long Island Soccer Referees Association, recognized for outstanding performance. Amanda is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. John's University.
