Jianbo Lu, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Chief Engineer and Head of the Dynamics Research Lab at GEELY, alongside fellowships with the International Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance and the Asia Artificial Intelligence Alliance. Additionally, Jianbo Lu holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, teaching online graduate courses in the Department of Robotics Engineering. Recognized as a fellow by ASME, SAE International, and IEEE, Jianbo Lu has extensive experience in the automotive industry, previously holding key roles at Hozon New Energy Automobile, Nikola Motor Company, and Ford Motor Company, where significant contributions were made in autonomous vehicles, controls research, and advanced mechatronics. Jianbo Lu earned a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University.
