Marisa Benedetto

Marisa Benedetto is an accomplished media professional currently serving as the Executive Producer and Video Creative Director at ASME (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) since January 2022. With extensive experience at HarperCollins Publishers from May 2008 to January 2022, Benedetto produced and directed high-profile talent in various fields, including lifestyle and entertainment, working with industry icons such as Steven Tyler and Anthony Bourdain. As an adjunct professor at NYU School of Professional Studies from 2016 to 2018, Benedetto taught graduate-level courses on the role of video in publishing. Previous roles include being a Multimedia Producer for The Wall Street Journal from 2005 to 2008, where Benedetto contributed to establishing online video content, and working on notable projects with multiple networks and brands from 2000 to 2005.
