Merna Muhammad has extensive experience in customer service and human resources, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at the National Bank of Egypt since May 2022. In addition to this role, Merna holds several positions within HR, including Vice Head of HR at both Infinity Team and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since October 2020, and previously served as Head of Human Resources at Infinity Ain Shams University from April 2021 to November 2021.
