Akshra Sharma

Akshra Sharma is a GSC Engineer at ASML since February 2023, specializing in troubleshooting complex technical issues for global customers through remote diagnosis and analysis. Prior to this role, Akshra completed a mechanical thermal engineering internship at Philips Engineering Solutions in late 2022 and conducted master's thesis work at ASML focusing on thermal contact conductance for metal-metal contacts. Previous experience includes a position as a Mechanical Thermal Engineer at GKN Aerospace, where efforts were directed towards improving sustainability in heat release from autoclaves, and as a mechanical engineer trainee at Bosch, developing tools for assembly line efficiency using Lean Six Sigma methods. Akshra holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from TU Delft and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal University Jaipur.
