Alparslan Arslan has extensive experience in engineering and management within the aerospace and technology sectors. Alparslan began a career at Aselsan as an Engineer, focusing on avionics thermal systems design and electro-optical test systems. At MilSOFT Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş., Alparslan led software teams in several significant projects, including the Sikorsky S-92 helicopter. As Program Manager at AYESAS, Alparslan oversaw avionics and safety-critical software development projects, managing a team of approximately 20 engineers. Alparslan also served as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer at BTG, providing expertise in software testing. Most recently, as SW Group Team Lead at ASML, Alparslan is responsible for software team leadership and strategic management within the Metrology cluster. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Middle East Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.
