Antonello Gargano

Antonello Gargano is currently the Chief Privacy Officer and Head of Legal & Compliance Operations at ASML, where they also serve as Chief of Staff. They have been recognized for their contributions to legal innovation as a recipient of the FT Innovation Award. Previously, Antonello held roles such as Global Compliance Program Director at Philips Lighting and Head of Privacy at ASML. They contribute to the legal community as a co-lead for Benelux at CLOC and as a lecturer at both Kyden and Tilburg University. Antonello earned a Master's degree from the Università degli Studi di Salerno and a postgraduate master from Università Bocconi.
