Anya Kish

Anya Kish has over a decade of experience in the field of engineering and research, currently serving as Program Director for EUV Source at ASML since January 2016, where previous roles included Engineering Program Manager and Senior Engineering Project Manager. Prior to ASML, Anya worked as a Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego from June 2010 to January 2016, conducting independent research on high-intensity laser-plasma interactions and supervising students. Anya also held the position of Principal Investigator at the Laboratory for Laser Energetics for a year, managing research operations and data analysis, and was a Researcher at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, focusing on experimental setups and reporting. Anya earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Technology from Moscow Power Engineering Institute.
