Chi Leung Chan

Chi Leung Chan is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at To-Increase, serving as an HR sparring partner for the Services & Sales team and facilitating divestment due diligence for a new private equity company. Previously, Chi led the HR team as Head of People Operations, integrating all HR aspects following a merger. As the founder of KoreanPlasticSurgeryAdvisor, Chi developed a Windows application for collecting user-generated reviews and launched a marketing website. Chi’s experience includes roles such as Interim Corporate Talent Strategy Lead at Eneco, Global Recruitment Director at NXP Semiconductors, and co-authoring the best-selling book "Soul of Success Vol. 2". Academic credentials include a degree in International Business Studies from Maastricht University and additional education at the University of Minnesota.
