Christian Wilfling

Christian Wilfling has extensive experience in human resources, having held various senior leadership positions in global companies such as ASML and Alstom Power. Christian is currently the Senior Vice President Human Resources at ASML, where Christian oversees HR expertise functions and services for over 42,000 employees worldwide. Prior to that, Christian worked at Alstom Power as the Vice President Human Resources, handling HR activities for thousands of employees in multiple countries. Christian holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
